This is a comprehensive therapy that seeks to strengthen self-esteem, through mental health and wellness strategies, in order to have a healthy mind in a healthy body.
For this we must understand that there are situations that prevent us from feeling comfortable with our bodies or with some part that unfortunately is part of our nature or essence. It is important to review this so that our mental health feels stable and without any type of commitment, and for this we have food plans, with psychology support and training all in the same team.
