I specialize in giving comprehensive care to each of the families I serve, because caring for a patient means knowing their whole world. Both internal and external.

All my therapies are based on the fact that the improvement of mental health is the axis to heal relationships with oneself and at home.

Family therapy

Consultation that treats the whole family to solve a problem in common or of some member of the family in particular. This consultation tries to educate us as parents and children, or couples for healthy coexistence where you can find key tools to develop the complete and entire personality and achieve efficient communication.

Child Therapy

It is for those children who have some inconvenience in their development stage from 0 months to 10 years of age. This is worked on in company of the parents, since children have an innate connection with their parents, and some of their behaviors may be the result of the same behaviors of the parents.

Teenagers therapy

It focuses on those adolescents who suffer from anxiety, depression or any disorder that needs psychological consultation. It also includes youth who engage in destructive or rebellious behavior with parents, guardians, or authority figures.

Substance abuse in teengares

It is a consultation that focuses on the individual, but that has a high integral component of the family nucleus. It is more extensive and may sometimes require support from psychiatry. An assessment is carried out first, to assess the stage of addiction the patient is in and to be able to correctly complement the therapies.

Adult therapy

For those who present anxiety or some type of disorder that is misidentified and that results in some type of harmful behavior in different social situations, such as social anxiety among others.

Mental and Physical Health

One of the things that most identifies us is feeling good physically to be well mentally, but within these we must understand that there are situations that prevent us from feeling comfortable with our bodies or with some part that, unfortunately, is part of our nature or essence. In this consultation we are going to review this component so that our mental health feels stable and without any type of commitment. This therapy is integrated by diet, psychology and training plans.
